My name is Linda Cullens. I am the founder of the self-help-alte atives4healing.com website and the Alte ative News ezine. I provide information on the many alte ative therapies and links where you may purchase alte ative products.

My passion for eliminating stress and healing the body naturally developed after losing my mother to cancer. My mother's physician prescribed medications for an illness directly related to stress. These medications were known to be carcinogenic and by the time symptoms developed, it was too late. She died at an early age of 62, approximately 18 months after diagnosis.

I created my website to help people realize that they don't have to take medications and pop pills for everything. There are alte ative ways to eliminate pain, stress, health problems, and help the body to heal on it's own.

I am not against doctors and thank goodness for those people who are willing to become one. However, I do encourage people to take responsibility for their own health and wellbeing.

If you have your health, you have everything.

I recommend trying several alte ative therapies to find the one that works best for you.
