My passion and purpose is to help re-ignite and empower the hearts of women who've forgotten how to love themselves and use the relationships in their lives as guides to unblocking their true potential. I want to help as many women as I can to understand how to get from that place of feeling stuck and sad into a place of feeling FREE and HAPPY again. Really, I am an advocate of ANYONE who is searching for the key to healthy, happy and solid relationships and a better life!

After a long string of events that started to happen back in 1997, my eyes were opened and I was blessed with an amazing “Divine Intervention.” Literally EVERYTHING that I THOUGHT was keeping me safe either fell away or was put into question. Fortunately I was able to surrender and open my heart to new ways of looking at things. I started challenging my beliefs and my old ways of thinking that completely changed my life and my understanding of what it takes to be happy no matter what.

My whole life there has been a subtle “knowing” and intuitive nature to my very “Being”. Even as a child, I would draw people in need to me and somehow be able to make them feel better. Though, it wasn’t until this major shift that I spoke of, that I started to understand that I could and was “Channeling” Spirit. There was an absolute “Presence” that came through me during this time that changed the direction and the purpose of my life. It was, from that point on, my responsibility to use this ability to help others. I’ve been informally and professionally coaching (primarily women), ever since.

Trust me when I say that I’ve been through the “trenches.” Finding my purpose and completely re-assembling my life in an amazing, liberating and authentic way has been nothing short of miraculous and I have never looked back since. I won’t try to “candy coat” it. It was terrifying and required courage, focus and commitment but so, so, worth it.

Since that time I have been studying, researching and practicing spirituality, meditation, Eastern philosophies and energy anatomy. For 14 years now to be exact, and I can safely say I’m an expert in offering insights and tools towards self discovery, healthy relationships and energy flow. I completed an intensive program learning the principles of the Barbara Brennan Healing Science and energy healing techniques and have bee “Channeling” Spirit in my coaching since that time.

It is not only my passion to COACH women (or ANYONE who is really ready for change and doing what it takes to completely own their own lives again), but it is my SOUL PURPOSE which I cannot deny and feel so blessed and so much gratitude towards every day!.
