Betrayals are sudden emotional and/or physical attacks that are life-changing. You can't prepare for a Betrayal -- it happens without warning and if left unhealed can negatively impact your life forever. They can include an affair in a marriage, the deception of a "trusted" friend, an illness that suddenly shatters your beliefs about your future, or the horrifying effects when a significiant person in your life uses verbal and physical attacks to destroy the very core of your spirit.

My counseling sessions are structured to encourage you to freely express your experiences without fear of being judged, criticized or shamed. I believe in the mind-body-spirit connection to healing and combine the benefits of traditional talk therapy with the additional benefit of mental relaxation through guided imagery. In my years of counseling, this combination has proven the most powerful in helping a personal recover completely from any type of Betrayal.

I have a Ph.D. in Holistic Counseling, a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology, and I am licensed in the State of Califo ia as a Marriage and Family Therapist. In addition, I am a Domestic Violence Counselor and have expert experience in helping individuals with Anger Management issues. I am a frequent guest speaker at Hoag Hospital Cancer Treatment and St. Joseph's Hospital Cancer Treatment facilities in Califo ia, as well as Argosy University to discuss the benefits of combining counseling with guided imagery. Various radio stations throughout Orange County have invited me as a guest speaker. I am currently preparing articles on the "Bad Boy" concept and what keeps a strong, confident woman in this type of relationship.
