Lisa Hall’s personal background has always been a journey of self-realization and enlightenment. By being a student of life, she has had many interesting and rewarding experiences that have shaped her into the woman she is now. Lisa enjoys bringing balance to her life by really practicing a mind, body and spirit approach to things. Anything that combines those elements is a source of great passion and joy for her. PRESENCE – how you present yourself, your state or fact of being We have all had the experience of walking in a party or meeting up with friends at a restaurant and pick up on a feeling or the ‘vibe’ that is happening. Right? It can either can be warm, inviting and comfortable or weird, cold and unfamiliar. What you are picking up on is the subtle energies of the people and what they are putting out there. Sometimes the tension or energy is so thick you can cut it with a knife. This is an example of how your PRESENCE affects the people around you.

RISK- chance, opportunity, uncertainty, possibility We are creatures of habit for the most part. The average person likes stability and routine. It provides a level of perceived security. However, deep inside of everyone there are hopes, dreams and aspirations longing to be realized. Those desires many times get buried under layers of fear and doubt. Life is a game of chance. There are no for sure things out there, but one thing is certain you can never achieve your goals unless you are willing to step out and take a chance. Without RISK there is no REWARD.
