Favorite Quotes & Thoughts from Liz Be ey

To lose weight, we need only to listen to our body -- to eat what our body wants when we are hungry, to stop when we are full, to move when our body needs to move. And when we feel driven to eat when we are not hungry, we need to tune in and see what it is we really need, i.e., a hot bath, some tende ess, a friend to talk to, a hug, some exercise, water...

By being kind and nurturing to ourselves rather than berating ourselves, we can shift to a more loving and healthy relationship both with food and our body.

In my workshops, retreats and coaching, I help people shift paradigms and develop a positive healthy relationship both with food and with their body. I use a variety of techniques including automatic writing, inner dialogue, movement, drawing, visualizations and jou aling to support people to meet their goals.
