How to get started
This healing process begins with one small step at a time. We begin our work from the most grounded levels by helping you overcome any illness or self sabotaging behaviors you may be struggling with, be it smoking, weight issues, pain relief, health issues, disease, stress management, relationship issues, drug addiction, self esteem issues, career guidance, depression, financial issues, fears or phobias, etc and move into more spiritually inclined subjects such as energy healing, past life regression or soul clearings if necessary. Along we the way we promote spiritual growth for you as well to bring about balance within your body/mind/spirit connection.
It is through the holistic healing modalities of Counseling of Holistic Psychology, Hypnosis/Hypnotherapy and Reiki treatment/training that we accomplish these goals.
