My staff and I hold Sales Leadership positions within some of America's largest and most successful companies.

Over the years we have complained, often, about the lack of good quality web sites available to sales people. In our experience most of them were hosted by someone who never carried a quota or was just trying to sell their latest "get-rich-quick" book.

So, we decided to build the type of site that we would like our sales people to use. It has integrity as its corner-stone and relies on real sales people, real sales leaders and industry experts for its content.

One other thing that makes us different is our decision to retain our "day-jobs". So we can write about what happens to us and our sales people.

We think this allows us to provide our readers with a unique perspective, integrity-sales-leadership is run from the field, for the field. Who else can say that?

Our goal is to provide honest recommendations on all aspects of sales and leadership. We would be honored if you visited our site.
