Louise always had a passion for working with others. After completing her formal education, she set out to discover first-hand what living was all about. Her quick and open mind, voracious appetite for new knowledge and experience; her love of people and passion for growth and evolution soon led her off the beaten path and into carving out one of her own. Her explorations included the new science and quantum biology; hypnosis and NLP; shamanism, Reiki, Silva and Huna. She actively sought out and trained with some of the best minds in the world, including Bruce Lipton, Deepak Chopra, Tad James, Serge Kahili King and many others. Through her experiences in the corporate world in leadership development, human resource management, organizational change and conflict resolution, she soon realized that the ‘tried and true’ was not measuring up to its promises. Her relentless commitment to her own evolution and that of those who engaged with her led to the creation in the late ‘80’s of the body of knowledge of WEL-Systems®.

This living and perpetually growing body of knowledge soon proved to be profoundly effective as the gateway for those seeking a more powerful place to stand in reshaping their lives. Articles expanded into books, conversations grew into program intensives and original, cutting-edge audio products; and the desire from others to be part of this expanding experience resulted in certification experiences that propelled others not only into more effective lives but taught them how to show others.

To this day, Louise continues to engage in ways that accelerate her own growth and evolution. With growth as a core value, she continues to welcome into her life the people, places and experiences that will invite more of her potential to be expressed. Each new insight, discovery and lesson learned is woven into the WEL-Systems body of knowledge, to be shared with others.

Louise’s approach has integrated science and the sacred in ways that are practical, effective and life-transforming. Her current focus on working primarily with women through to 2015 is intended to be a call to awaken their innate and long-silenced capacity for leadership through creation and manifestation. Her philosophy is a simple one: live large, trust yourself and let the chips fall where they may!

Fully Alive: Awakening Health, Humor, Compassion and Truth is her latest book offering. Not always an easy or comfortable read, it calls to the soul and awakens the senses in ways that make it impossible to not notice the state of our lives.
