Luciana is one of the founders of Stepping Stones Tennis, the flagship programme of ‘Across Limits (UK) Ltd. The programme promotes tennis participation and develops recreational tennis opportunities for children with differing abilities and circumstances (special needs and financially and socially disadvantaged children) to learn and play tennis.

Luciana is an advocate for the empowerment of women in business and in life. She is directly involved in a number of women’s charities aimed at stopping Domestic Abuse.
