How to get started
What if you could have the organization you want? The best company policy and most compelling mission statement in the world won't get you the corporate culture you want unless you're nurturing your relationships with your clients, your customers — and your employees. This sense of workplace is the soul of business: the underlying, invisible resource that can determine whether you survive or not. For many, it seems elusive and fragile. But if you handle it with care, you can grow it strong and sturdy by using effective, hands-on strategies to deal with both everyday stresses and major challenges. Lynne Eisaguirre offers a wealth of resources to help you take stock of the strengths and weaknesses of your organization and begin to create, build or revive this core quality. With best practices, you can create a robust spirit that will galvanize your workforce behind your company's goals — and make sure it stands up under the most trying circumstances.
