Mara Nicandro

Mara Nicandro LMT, NMT, MMT background includes ten years in the United States Army Reserve as a dental assistant, honorably discharged with a rank of Sergeant. She attended Sterling Health Center in Dallas for her advance certification in Neuromuscular Therapy and Medical Massage.

She gives 100% and excels in her field as a massage therapist and is highly qualified to treat her clients with skill, knowledge and experience. She enjoys making a one-on-one connection and forming a bond of trust with my clients. She is always learning and growing and considers it a life long journey to share.

Her specialty is Neuromuscular Re-education which addresses the alignment of the body and posture. It reduces or eliminates biomechanical strains.
