I am a Doctor of Optometry and New York State Licensed Acupuncturist. I have authored 5 books including: international best seller Magic Eye Beyond 3D: Improve Your Vision and Greater Vision - A Comprehensive Program for Physical, Emotional and Spiritual Clarity.

Since 1980 I have helped many people maintain healthy vision and even improve eyesight. Best described as a Holistic Eye Doctor, I am dedicated to helping people with such conditions ranging from myopia and dry eyes to macular degeneration and glaucoma. My multi-disciplinary approach using nutrition, eye exercises, lifestyle changes and Chinese Medicine provides me with a wide array of tools and approaches to tackle difficult eye problems.

I have lectured internationally on topics such as Natural Vision Improvement, Psycho-Emotional Aspects of Visual Conditions, Vision & Learning, Holistic Integrative Visual Therapy, and Chinese Medicine and Vision Care. Regularly, I teach at the renowned Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health and The Omega Institute (I’m on the Omega Teaching staff). I have also been a featured expert on 60 Minutes and 20/20 with Barbara Walters.
