Marcia O Regan

I specialise in helping people who are going through deep change and don’t know how to begin to improve things in their lives. Those who are feeling unhappy, confused, overwhelmed or experiencing mental or emotional turmoil. I work with people who are ready for change and who want to try a new way of being but don’t know how. I help those who are not feeling well or have been diagnosed with illnesses like depression, cancer, and MS.

I give tips and exercises through my monthly blogs and newsletters and regular workshops and courses.

I also offer colour courses, for those who want to learn more or want to make a difference in people’s lives through coaching and healing others to be their BIGGER, BRIGHTER SELVES or who have an interested in their own personal development and explore and discover their true self. I pride myself in empowering and inspiring others to reach their true potential either through my consultations, workshops or courses. My particular strength is to heal and motivate people to live their dreams and provide tools and techniques for my clients and students to use daily, opening them up to a rainbow of possibilities!
