My name is Marcus Santer (please google me!) and I am the author of the book: 'Shaolin Chi Kung - 18 Exercises To Help You Live A Longer, Healthier and Happier Life'.
I am the founder and chief instructor over at Qigong15.com, the home of Qigong goodness on the Internet. On the site you can find over 170+ quality blog posts on all things to do with Qigong, including free Qigong exercises and Qigong healing techniques.
To help those who (for whatever reason) are unable to learn directly from a great Qigong teacher, I created the most comprehensive, 22 week, online Qigong Secrets Home Study Course. Using streaming video, Pdf's and downloadable Mp4's (for your iPod) and Mp3's. It's the next best thing to learning from me directly.
I am the drive behind the unique Qigong365 project - the aim being to provide free daily Qigong inspiration to Qigong practitioners, regardless of what school or style they practice.
Between 2004 and 2009 I was the chief instructor in the UK for an international Shaolin Kung Fu and Qigong organisation (I left to set up Qigong15).
I have been practicing authentic Qigong since August 2000 and have travelled 10's of 1,000's of miles (and invested nearly £20K) to learn and practice the best Qigong and Qigong healing techniques taught today.
I love Qigong with a passion, it has helped me to overcome depression and helped to improve the health and the lives of my students. My mission is to raise the profile of Qigong, to make it as well known and as well practiced as Tai Chi, Yoga and Reiki. Because in my opinion it offers better results, quicker and easier.
I am dedicated to sharing fluff free, mumbo-jumbo-less information on all aspects of Qigong and Qigong healing - I want to make it as accessible as possible to all those who want to:
- Improve their health
- Increase vitality and longevity
- Develop internal force
- Expand mind functioning
- Speed up spiritual cultivation

Favorite Quotes & Thoughts from Marcus Santer
If you practice Tai Chi solely for health benefits then you are likely to be wasting your precious time. Qigong can offer you the same benefits quicker and easier. How many moves are there in a Tai Chi set? 24, 48, 108? How many moves in an average Qigong exercise? 3, maybe 4? Get the picture?
Qigong is simple, direct and effective.
