Marian Madonia

Marian is a student of life, maven of storytelling, and the GarbageFactor™ guru. For 20 years. She’s helped organizations reduce turnover and increase productivity and performance through her Employee Engagement programs. Her writing, consulting, and training have led her to become an international speaker on Employee Engagement. In 2009, she attained one of the highest honors in speaking, the CSP designation (Certified Speaking Professional). The CSP is an earned designation of the National Speakers Association and the International Federation for Professional Speakers. Out of thousands of members worldwide, fewer than 10 percent hold the CSP. Marian is the only woman in the Kansas City region to hold the CSP.

Marian is the author of "No More Garbage: 90 Ways to Deal with Change, Challenges, & Chaos" and is co-author of "Fantastic Customer Service Inside and Out." Marian is currently at work writing her next book tentatively titled "The GarbageFactor™: The Dirty Truth about Employee Engagement"
