I have a Masters Degree in Counseling from the University of Missouri at Kansas City. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
I believe in helping individuals and families identify their personal strengths and showing them how to use these strengths to overcome the problems in their lives. I have been providing mental health services for individuals, couples and families since 1980. I have worked with people with a wide range of problems such as depression, anxiety, marital problems, substance abuse, domestic violence, etc. I have experience working with people of all ages including children and teens.
I am available to be your coach, by phone, to work with you on a regular basis to meet your personal goals to improve your life.
I accept many major insurance companies, Master Card and Visa.
