When most people hear the work massage they automatically conjure up an image of a cruise ship and a simple back rub. Well yes, it can be that obviously. But it is so much more.There are deep tissue modalities. Energy modalities. Eastern modalities. And, everything in between. I will attempt to shed some light on some of them. When one is more informed one can make a better decision when it comes to choosing the type of bodywork works best for them at any given time.
