Networking should be on purpose...with purpose instead of haunting a buffet table in hopes that someone will speak to you. We should be as willing to give as we are to receive, and we should look for opportunities to be of help. That said, we need collaborators, mentors, endorsers, brainstormers, cheerleaders, planners, and money gurus in our networks (just to name a few.)
