Matthew Scott is a former Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) practitioner from Australia, now owner/author of Chinese-holistic-health-exercises.com - a site dedicated to teaching people how to take greater control of their health through traditional Chinese exercises and self-help techniques. According to Alexa.com, Chinese-holistic-health-exercises.com is in the top 1% of over 100 million websites.
Matthew first became interested in TCM in 1986 after a back injury led him to try acupuncture, Chinese massage and various soft-style martial arts exercises. Impressed with the results, and improvement in his overall health, Matthew studied TCM at the Australian College of Naturalr Medicine (Brisbane) from 1987-1990, majoring in acupuncture. Matthew has also studied Chinese Herbal Medicine through the Zhejiang College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, China.
In 2000, after ten years of professional practice in Australia, Matthew went to China to further his studies for several months. He's been there ever since, raising a family, immersed in the culture and helping people worldwide through his website.
Matthew has been doing traditional Chinese exercises for over 20 years and has no doubt they contribute enormously to his excellent health. He can't remember when he last had a cold or headache, he sleeps very soundly and is often told he looks 10 years younger than his age of 43 (2008). The good news is that you can also benefit from traditional Chinese exercises - all you have to do is do them!
