As a result of healing myself of both IBS and Fibromyalgia in 1995 and 1996 using hypnotherapy I founded Alabama Hypnotherapy Center in Birmingham, Al. I see private clients individually and in small groups, lecture at conferences world-wide and teach hypnotherapy in several hospitals. I have also published 11 textbooks in the field of hypnotherapy. In addition, I am a sought after lecturer at numerous hypnosis and medical conferences.
I believe the Unconscious Mind just might be the world's best carpenter. However, until you give that carpenter the appropriate building materials and blue prints there isn't much it can build for you. As a hypnotherapist I simply interpret the blue prints for your unconscious mind to follow in building or re-building health and wellness.
