Being a pastor and minister has been one of the greatest things to ever happen to me. I get the chance daily to interract with people and positively impact their lives. I am married to Melodie Williams and we have 5 children that are blossoming into their own people. Having a B.S in Theology and pursuing my Doctorate in Theology gives me book knowledge, but having a relationship with Jesus gives the wisdom to impart to those that are most needing it. The great thing is that I can help people in any walk of life they may be travelling.

In all applications of the fascination with people, you are encouraged to remember that your first goal, always and reliability, is a feeling of happiness in their minds. You do not have to try to encourage people to behave in a manner which you have created your own feel good about themselves. This is an important first step.
