Miami Phillips is more than well versed in helping you attain self-fulfillment, both on personal and a business level.

Miami has lived a life that many of us only dream about, filled with adventure, travel, entrepreneurial success, family, and most of all, self-fulfillment.

His life experiences as an engineer aboard nuclear submarines in the US Navy, as a ski-bum in Aspen, skippering luxury yachts from Greece to Mexico; living and cruising aboard a sailboat for six years in the Caribbean, building and running a successful horse farm with his wife and two sons, and his part-time avocation as a successful singer and musician have led to great self-fulfillment and personal development.

Along the way, Miami created and developed over a half-dozen successful entrepreneurial and small businesses. In virtually all of his endeavors, Miami jumped in with little or no experience, yet was successful beyond his wildest dreams each and every time. Eventually, he realized that he had created a series of steps that led him to his self-actualization and his successes; both business and personal. His success did not just happen. It was self-directed.

What makes Miami unique? As the old saying goes, Miami not only talks the talk, he walks the walk. His knowledge and his processes do not come from books, videos or online courses. They come from his life experiences. He has had more than his share of successes, but with that came his share of wrong moves, bad decisions and a few failures along the way.

Both the successes and the failures have contributed to his formulation of his Be Do Have Process, which resulted in a well received book BeDoHave Find Happiness Now. In 1998, he culminated several years of identifying and organizing his personal success secrets and began the process of becoming a certified personal coach.

This led to completion of courses and training at two of the most respected coaching organizations - Coach University and Coachville, including the graduate school of personal coaching.

Today Miami coaches and consults with individuals and executives in the field of personal development with a focus on small business owners. He also has kept up with the power of the Internet and creates video and audio products designed to offer coaching and consulting to those who might not be able to otherwise take advantage of one on one delivery.
