“I help you achieve outstanding results through generative changes in how you think, communicate and behave.”
Founder and director of PPI Business NLP, an organization dedicated to unlocking people's potential through NLP Training and Business Coaching. The goal of my business is to serve as a pragmatic NLP resource for business and the community, and as a centre of excellence. I’m continually looking for the best way of doing things, whether they are new, or tried and true.
As a personal development tool, NLP can help individuals thrive in today's ever-changing business and social environments. As a modelling tool, NLP can help us “benchmark” and replicate excellent performance. I do not see myself as an NLP trainer, but rather as a facilitator, and at times a coach. The fact that I'm not a trainer may be my biggest strength. I help people get results because I demonstrate what I actually do, and then allow others to prove to themselves what works.
I've started the NLP Forum, which is a resource looking at NLP coaching, change management, leadership, and sales and would be delighted if you joined me there. I also co-host the 'On-line' NLP Conference where top NLP people present their ideas as downloadable MP3 files.

NLP Course Tips - Top 10 Hypnotic Principles
Top Hypnotic Principles that will make you a more effective hypnotist 1 - Calming the Conscious Mind A model of what we’re doing in hypnosis is that we’re calming the neocortex, which is our conscious brain, so that we can develop a greater connection and communication between all our thinking systems, thus opening ourselves up to significantly increased thinking power. This is a bit like bringing three (and maybe more) brilliant but very different people together. Bringing them together is a start, but they have to learn to work together.

NLP Course Tips | Anchoring
One of the key skills taught as part of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is the use of anchoring. An example of anchoring was discovered by Pavlov when he found that dogs could be conditioned to salivate in response to stimuli such as a bell, an electric shock or a visual trigger if the stimuli was repeatedly applied at the same time the dog became aware of food. Anchors may be set in any of the main senses and some of the most powerful natural anchors occur with words.
