I have been learning and teaching about self growth, personal development, parenting, emotional freedom (through emotional releasing, NLP, meditation, etc.) for over 25 years.
I started out with Educational Phylosophy and Psychology, and became a parenting instructor. From there I got into a great personal growth workshop that I now teach, understanding that in order to be a good prarent we have to clean up our own act first.
That fascinating journey guided me to some great teachers and techniques. I am an NLP Master Practitioner and a Sedona Method coach. I love those methods and think they are truly powerful in their ability to create real lasting emotional freedom.
I work with individuals, couples and families in my clinic, helping people on their journey to finding true happiness.
The two things I love to do more than anything else are: learning and teaching. I di believe that they are my calling.
