Michell specializes in coaching individuals and teams to reach their highest potential by helping them define their purpose and passion. Today she continues to consult and coach hundreds of business owners, entrepreneurs, sales reps and students all across North America through live seminars and private coaching sessions.
Through her career Michell has coached thousands of people and is well respected for her honesty and inspirational voice. From day one she has been committed to the development of people professionally and personally and has been consistently recognized by her peers with numerous awards for her contributions to the personal success of other entrepreneurs.
An expert at presentation skills (from nailing a job interview to speaking on stage), she has a unique ability to teach and coach people to present themselves in a way that gets results. She has personally conducted well over 30,000 interviews while recruiting for her sales force and administrative teams, and has aided in opening over 100 companies in the past 17 years.
