Great quote!! Doing it is another story. I can tell you that words like this were foreign to me at one point in my life. And it is at that point in your life that you make a decision to either live your life in the past or live your life in the future. I choose the latter and I never looked back. I chose to use my unique life and professional experience to make a change that would help others.

Everyone has challenges. My personal challenge became my biggest awakening. My decade long battle with infertility tore me apart both emotionally and physically. I was a self proclaimed 'miserable infertile woman'. But I knew that my past experience would not equal my future and began to adjust my thought process. This was not easy at first, but I dedicated myself to life coaching and education to turn my world around.

I now live my life by my own personal design, with explosive energy, and laser-sharp focus. This is what I want to pass along to others, since I am a coach from my life experience.
