Prior to 2003, my holistic approach to health care was mainly centered around a proper diet (including dietary supplements), moderate exercise and meditation from a spiritual (Buddhist) perspective. This approach underwent a change when I enrolled in and completed Reiki 1 & 2 and related attunements through Reiki Peace Network/Reiki University and later Advance Level and Master Level Reiki and related attunements through Holistic Studies Institute. I find Reiki to be both effective in bringing about the relaxation that is necerssary for the body to heal itself, as well as being spiritually rewarding through seeing the positive results of life force energy which was channeled through me, as the Master/Practitioner, to the recipient who is already aware of a noticeable improvement.

Reiki's only limitation is that it cannot be measured or quantified on the surface and as a result many prospective recipients cannot relate to it or will not consider it as a means of bringing about relaxation or relief from stress. Inasmuch as we live in a society that is gadget and gizmo oriented, I recently chose to purchase and undergo training for a SCENAR-COSMODIC device and a Cold Laser device, as well as Tachyon Energy disks and wands. A full description and explanation of the function of each device and object is provided on my website. I did have the opportunity to sample each type of device and object before it was purchased. Consequently, I could appreciate how these devices and objects complimented Reiki. Reiki relaxes and de-stresses you while the devices and objects super-charge you with energy and give you a sense of a natural high.

My practice also includes the use of orgone energy blankets and an office environment harmonized and energized by golden section crystal pyramids (charged by a mother pyramid in Russia) and the use of those pyramids to charge already purified water. I now feel confident that my practice has energy methods suitable for any and all occasions, either individually or in combination. The prospects for an energy makeover recipient's body to heal itself have never been better.
