Merry Meet! My name is Morticia. I am a Priestess of the Wiccan religion, but am studying further to be a High Priestess. I am a 2nd Year (Sophomore) student of Woolston-Steen Theological Seminary, a Wiccan college in Index, WA. I am also the Sales Coordinator of the school. The campus to the school is Sacred Cauldron and can be found on Second Life (secondlife.com).

Aside from that, I also dj on Sacred Cauldron every Friday night at 8PM PST (or Second Life Time). I am Morticia Athena Laveau (wiccanseductress) on Second Life.

What Wicca Is and What It Is Not

There are so many misunderstandings and misconceptions about Wicca. This is due to some books that say that there is only one God (the Christian God) and that all other Gods are demons. This is not true. Let’s start with what Wicca is: Wicca is a polytheistic religion focusing upon dedication to the Divine manifested as both God and Goddess. These two Deities are viewed as a Moon Goddess and a Horned God. Wiccans believe that the world was created and is maintained by the joining together of the God and the Goddess in the Sacred Marriage (also called The Great Rite).
