Shirley and Murray Ansell are co-owners and directors of Life Energy Coaching, a coaching firm that develops and teaches uniquely powerful products and processes that achieve breakthroughs in personal and business performance, health, and relationships.

LEC’s latest product, Metamorphosis, is designed to release the bulk of the negative consciousness that blocks our clients from getting what they want in life and business. It is usually the first step for LEC's clients, as it releases more than 90% of their negative emotions and self-limiting beliefs.

Shirley and Murray then work with the client to identify and release whatever other consciousness is blocking them from achieving their personal and business goals.

Life Energy Coaching offers both personal and business coaching packages and, starting 5th-7th March, 2010, is running workshops teaching the techniques they used to develop Metamorphosis. This workshop is designed for coaches who want to be able to zero in on and remove their deepest blocks, and is also the first stage of becoming certified to use this powerful technique to help their clients do the same.
