Muryal Braun

Muryal is an 82 year old nurse and independent nutritional researcher who is passionate about spreading the news that osteoporosis and osteopenia can be reversed naturally without resorting to the various drugs (that all have dangerous side effects).

After her experience of breaking her hip and being told she had a 60% chance that her hip would not heal and the repair surgery would have to be redone with an hip replacement, she applied her nutritional research to her own life with amazing results.

At age 65, she had a second freak accident the resulted in breaking the same hip, but that time, the surgeon told her that when he had to drill through the area where the first break had been, the bone was as hard as hard wood. He told her she should keep doing whatever she had been doing to produce such strong bones.

Her belief was confirmed that bones can be strenthened with simple lifestyle changes in diet, addition of supplements and strength building exercises. The last hardware was removed from her hip eighteen years ago and she has had no problems since.
