My training and investigation into alte ative healing methods began 30 years ago. I have over 18 years of professional experience teaching and practicing Eastern and Energy Healing, Shiatsu, Massage Techniques, Spiritual Coaching and Yoga.

My style is a fusion of eastern/energy and shamanic healing combined with heart centered bodywork and spiritual coaching; A meditation in motion, a dance of energy and vibration, A balancing of the body and the mind, a vehicle to create awareness and a new realm of possibility, a connection to spirit and inner wisdom.

I use my knowledge and intuitive ability to awaken the body wisdom. Technique, cadence and flow are determined by body type, level of flexibility, state of health, layers of tension and type of imbalance.

Shiatsu (Acupressure, massage, rocking, rotation and stretches) and Craniosacral Therapy, form the core of my work. The core extends to a web of related techniques used to balance body structure, relax and release physical and mental tension, open and balance meridians and chakras and create inner harmony.
