Nutrients are vital for the body’s existence on this beautiful world of ours, otherwise we would not continue to live and grow. Never take your body for granted, nurture it, cosset it, for it has to last the whole of your lifespan, far better to live daily life in tip top condition, rather than always popping to the doctors, who inevitably give you chemical based pills, usually with more side effects than benefits.

How important is good posture? For your health sake!
What does your Posture say about you? Your posture provides the body with the stability needed to maintain muscle, bone and spinal alignment. At the convent school which I attended, good deportment was on the curriculum, we girls had to walk around with books on our heads. It certainly helps to install confidence and self esteem. My two daughters have also got good posture. If you are a parent, it all comes down to setting a good example.

How can you overcome fear?
Fear was taken from the Greek uuβοu,phóbos, meaning ‘fear’. Although classed as one of the negative emotions. It can have some positive value. After all because we are human, it is necessary to have both positive and negative emotion, to enable us to feel. Fear is distressing, a sensation induced by a perceived threat to one’s wellbeing. It is a survival mechanism for the onset of danger. In controlled amounts, fear protects us, from both physical and psychological danger. Is Water a Necessity?
When drinking water think of the Source Today, almost everyone is seen walking around with a bottle of water. It is though they are going into the desert, for 40 days. Not at all necessary in my opinion, yet, the need for water throughout the day is indeed necessary and vital, but as always it is about common sense and moderation. The thirsty earth soaks up the rain and you have to ask yourself is water a necessity? Like me, when you were at school, you learnt that each molecule of water is made up of two hydrogen atoms and one oxygen atom.r

No More Migraines & Headaches
Headaches and migraines do have similar traits. There are ways to distinguish between the two. Tension headache is the most common which results in pressure on both sides of the head, together with aching at the temple, back of the head, scalp and neck. Experts have suggested that this causes a change in brain chemicals mostly caused by stress. A headache, gives little to no warning and can vary in severity from mild tension to searing pain. Muscles of the face, neck and head contract, which reduces blood supply and therefore produces pain.

Superfoods and your Daily Health
About 35 years ago, a superfood was an unknown word. What everyone did know, was that vegetables and fruit were healthy and nutritious. Today, sadly we find that our soil has been spoilt with chemical fertilisers and goodness knows what else! Yet, if you do shop around, there are farmers scattered around the world who have decided to replenish their soil and grow organic produce, which is great news for us the consumer, because everything is ecological, and therefore good for environment also.
