After twenty plus years in regulatory enforcement and compliance work, Pam Smith knows firsthand the value of communicating what you mean.

Realizing the importance of communicating effectively, Pam decided she not only wanted to help herself but had a passion for helping others with real-world problems. She founded Happy People Enterprises in 2005, after receiving her Basic and Advanced Human Behavior Certification training from Personality Insights, Inc in Atlanta, Georgia.
