Pam has been selected as one of “The World’s Greatest Business Mentors” and co-authored a bestselling book, “Create the Business Breakthrough You Want: Secrets and Strategies from the World’s Greatest Mentors.” The manuscript was written in collaboration with business gurus Brian Tracy, Mark Victor Hansen, and Robert G. Allen. Two highly respected authors, Ken Blanchard of The One Minute Manager, and Dr. Stephen Covey of The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, have endorsed the book. In addition, Pam’s articles and advice have appeared in numerous magazines and newspapers including: Balance, Woman’s World, 515, Iowa Next, the Des Moines Register, and the Business Record.

Prior to founding Smart WorkLife Solutions, Pam had a successful 20+ year career in financial services as an insurance executive and Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for the U.S. operations of a multinational company. Pam added value to strategic planning, led change, inspired trust and broad-based action, and built successful teams. She also served as a member of a three person board which governed the company for a period of time, pending the hiring of a President.

Pam speaks to groups large and small on personal and professional challenges. Her fresh perspectives and practical solutions cover the topics of organizational skills, e-mail overload, time management, productivity and stress.

Pam is a Certified Professional Organizer®, a graduate of Coach U (an International Coach Federation accredited school), and has completed training as a Life Strategist with the same individual who trained Dr. Phil. She earned a Bachelors degree from Drake University, and NASD Licenses: Series 6 & 63.
