Pamela Buxton Quick Facts

Pamela Buxton is a graduate of Brigham Young University, and is a certified professionally trained life coach through the International Coach Academy based in Australia. In addition, she is certified through both the American Institute of Health Care Professionals and Transformation Meditation as a meditation instructor. She has studied with the Insight Meditation Society located in Barre, Massachusetts, which is the leading center teaching the Vipassana Meditation technique in the United States. She has studied ancient teachings which hold timeless wisdom and applies this knowledge to the process of personal fulfillment and life success. She is also currently working toward her master’s degree in counseling. Her greatest accomplishments are being a happily married wife, and a mother to two wonderful children. She is skillful, accepting, insightful, and firmly believes in the transformational power that coaching, education, and meditation can have in people’s lives. She is convinced that the truth will set you free, and being in alignment with your truth will work magic and create miracles in your life. She will empower and inspire you to live your life full of joy, gratitude, balance, and purpose.
