How to get started

I believe in natural health - exercise, eating a balanced diet of organic fruits, vegetables and grains and drinking water that has been purified. On a daily basis, we are bombarded by toxins, carcinogens and negative energy - in the air we breathe, foods we eat, the increased use of wireless technology, etc. It is not easy to combat this onslaught and stay healthy. But there is one way we can fight back and that is by getting regular lymphatic drainage massages. The lymphatic system is the waste removel system of the body which moves very slowly on its own. However, when we exercise or get a lymph drainage massage, this movement is increased as much as 30 times. So, all the buildup of carcinogens, toxins, excess water, cellular debris, etc. can be cleared from the body. It is such a simple solution and makes so much sense to me, I wonder why doctors aren't prescribing this treatment on a regular basis. Once a month is all you need. It is healthy and feels wonderful!
