Pamela Nations-Wessman has a B.S. in Natural Health from the Clayton College of Natural Health www.ccnh.edu and has worked with Veterinarians in Colorado and New York City. Being part Cherokee, she has always had an affinity with nature and the healing properties of herbs. Her interest began to blossom 20 years ago while living in Matilija Canyon in Ojai, Califo ia where she would pick indigenous herbs with her mother and hang them to dry from the rafters of their house. Each year, at the onset of flu season, they would use these herbs to boost the immune systems of family, friends and neighbors, keeping them well through the Winter months. After moving from Califo ia to New York City, her connection to nature grew stronger. Living in the concrete jungle made her aware of just how important the earth was to her, so she decided to carry on the traditions of her ancestors by dedicating her life to the study of natural health. In addition to being a natural health practitioner, she has a full-time animal wellness practice. After all, what are we without our precious four legged friends? Pamela's fields of expertise include: Ayurvedic medicine, Chinese medicine, Native American herbology, Homeopathy, Nutritional Foods and Supplements and Holistic wellness practices (such as exercise, yoga and meditation). Her practice is located in Port Richey, Florida where She lives with her husband, Richard, and their dogs Namaste' and Sky and their cat Echo. Living in Florida they enjoy a variety of wildlife and an overflowing abundance of nature. Pamela's specialty is customizing herbal/supplemental formulas which target an individual's unique health requirements.
