Known as the Positive Possibilities Lady, Parvati is an award-winning Canadian yogi, musician, activist and author.

Parvati’s creative work rests on the solid foundation of her dedicated meditation and yoga practices. She is the co-founder of the Active Integration Holistic Education program at the University of Toronto and founder of YEM: Yoga as Energy Medicine, a gentle yet deeply powerful form of yoga that blends chi-energy work with yoga poses.

Parvati’s debut self-help book "Confessions from Your Awakened Self" is a candid, compassionate and inspiring account of her near death experience and steps to living an authentic spiritual life.

As an activist, Parvati became the most northern musical performer when she performed at the North Pole to raise awareness of the melting polar ice. She is the co-founder of the not-for-profit Parvati.org dedicated to realizing MAPS: the Marine Arctic Peace Sanctuary.

Holding on to old patterns in our hearts, minds and actions, we find ourselves too often in the same situations over and over again, without the transformation we had anticipated.
