I've been fat all my life. I hated it.....until I discovered being fat had been the key catalyst for unfolding an understanding about life for me....and then I loved it. I grew to realize that my expertise was not about dieting, but it was about Self-Love and Self-Acceptance without dieting! Wouldn't you like to love and accept yourself without changing your bodily size at all? Wouldn't it be grand just to be able to really mea "I'm okay just the way I am."

I've been a metaphysics teacher for over 20 years and I know how to help you achieve what I did. I'm outspoken, funny, wise, intelligent, and a successful business woman on top of it all. I'd love to share what I learned throughout my life with you. I've written a book about it - "My Cats Have Seen Me Naked: How I Achieved Self-Love and Self-Acceptance While Obese."
