Paul began a quest more than 20 years ago to understand what makes people tick, why they do the things they do and what needs to happen for people to operate at their best. At that time, his drive to create the I.D. System® was born and his intense, passionate life journey began.

Paul has explored and studied every theory and profiling tool on the market for decades, and continues to find that they generally measure behavior – not drive or motivation. He created the I.D. System® to fill that void. In 1991, after extensive research, Paul discovered the four Instinctive Drives that make up the I.D.

Two decades later, the I.D. System® remains unchanged, but the range of situations, experiences and practical applications for the system continue to grow and develop. Over 30,000 people have taken their I.D. and experienced its impact, and that number grows every day.

As CEO, author and globally recognized expert, Paul continues to seek ways in which I.D.™ can impact people’s lives. He is committed to product development and constantly creates new tools, techniques and strategies to ensure that people tap into their life purpose and reach their full potential.
