Peggy Titus-Hall has a varied background working with people in professional growth, training, and facilitation. She has guided corporate personnel in individual career development and planning and works closely with individuals making life transitions and developing their most effective communications skills. Nearly 20 years ago, Peg began teaching adults in verbal and written communications, human relations, and career management. She moved to the corporate sector as a training coordinator and ultimately with Ernst & Young as a senior instructional designer where she wrote and developed Web?based and classroom training and distance learning. Peg completed her coaching training and coaching certification through the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) in 2005. She is also accredited through the International Coach Federation (ICF) as an Associate Certified Coach. Peg has spoken to audiences large and small in and around Atlanta and out of state. Her speaking repertoire includes such topics as coaching, effective communications, career development, and listening skills. She speaks to professional, jobseeker, and non?profit organizations—all with a focus on helping people realize what’s possible. Peg also hosts The Career Coach, an on-line radio program focusing on career transition and helping clients learn the right tools for the right jobs. She personally interviewed many individuals whose aligned purpose is to support job seekers in finding their passions and connecting with the right careers.
