Peter would like to make it clear that he has no formal qualifications in medicine, nutrition or any other related topic. He is under no illusions about how much more knowledge other experts have in this field, and would like to make it clear that all his knowledge has come from experience and his own research.
So, where did this experience come from?
Changing People's Lives:
After 30+ years of disasters culminating in the loss of just about everything, business, home, wife, friends etc. and after seriously considering ending it all, Peter discovered the difference he could make to his own life simply by changing the way he viewed it all. Armed with this new positiivity he went on to write a book about the things he had learnt. That book; 'Release Your Genie' has been met with acclaim by all who have read it so far and is now being released to the world at large. It is avialable as an ebook, and as hard copy via Amazon. There is also a Kindle version available and plans are in hand to turn the book into an MP3 audio book.
Fat Loss:
Well, about ten years ago, Peter was faced with a rapidly expanding waistline and a distinct lack of ideas and motivation to do anything about it. At that point he was given a copy of "The Raw Energy Bible" by Leslie Kenton. Within weeks of reading this book and adopting it's messages he had lost pounds and continued to do so until he reached his target weight. Since then, he has continued to practise a somewhat 'diluted' version of the raw food diet, and is a keen advocate of the value of a healthy 'almost raw food lifestyle'.
One thing Peter became aware of was that whilst many people want to lose weight, few actually succeed in doing so. Having learnt so much about the power of positivity on his life in general, and having written the book 'Release Your Genie', it was only a short step to apply the same philosophy to weight loss, and so was born the book 'Focused Fat Loss'. He is now convinced that if people start out with the right mental approach, everything else will follow.
Both books have accompanying websites, and Peter's future plans include the launch of a new mebership website later in 2011 devoted to helping people improve all aspects of their lives.
Peter lives happily and quietly in the South of England with partner Mary and their two dogs.

If you’re setting out on a ‘diet’ with some fuzzy notion about ‘losing some weight’ and maybe doing some exercise to ‘get rid of some fat’, then I suggest you don’t bother. You really will be wasting your time. To truly succeed you need a proper weight loss goal, and your thinking has to be truly motivational. Weight loss is like anything else – you only get out what you put in. I liken it to the law of cause and effect. For every effect, there must be a cause.
