Petra is the director and founder of Transition Guidance, drawing on her years of continually shifting circumstances and personal evolution to help people successfully, and painlessly, glide from one area ofrntheir life to another.

Transition Guidance is focused on coaching and training for personal and professional development, specialising in leading people from full-time employment or parent duties to running their own business -big or small. Petra is passionate about balancing the personal and professional parts of living - she believes this is essential in our modern hectic existence to create a happy, healthy and wealthy life with nurturing relationships.

About Petra

Moving from student, to full-time employee, to business owner; undergoing several career changes; moving countries; learning a new language, and navigating her way through motherhood to four boys; Petra is the master of transition.

In her 20s, Petra switched from industrial sales management tornfollow a career as an Engineer (Architecture) while raising three kids.

Later on, a passion for the well-being and fitness sector saw her build-up her own successful businesses from scratch while raising arnfourth child. She then left Germany to immigrate to Australia.

Shortly after arriving she started studying again and received a Cert IV in Business and Life Coaching, the official qualification that complements the heart and soul of her business. She is currently studying for a Diploma in Life Coaching, while helping other people tornlive their dream of building a business and improving their lives, just like she did.

As a mother of four boys, three of them teenagers, Petra loves tornsupport those who intend to live a happy and successful life with purpose. Her intention is to unlock the potential in people, tornincrease performances and encourage leadership and growth through personal and professional development in order to inspire and empower others to create the life they dream of.

Being a certified practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), she has a powerful tool to use and share. She aspires to encourage positive change for those wanting their excellence and full potential to emerge.

She is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), which is the regulating authority for coaches who are serious about the code of ethics in coaching. It is a powerful team of national and internationalrncoaches who value and commit to integrity, loyalty, support and care.
