About Kryonschool - Spiritual Course of Awakening:

In 48 Steps and six Ascension Steps you go through a life-changing experience that prepares you for the ascension of Mother Earth and brings you to awakening and the fusion with your High Self. Each Step consists of the transcript of a channeling and the recording of a channelled meditation.

While reading and listening to a Step you receive energy transmissions and exercises. These not only gradually expand your light body to 88 percent light and transmute your cells, but also help you to release everything that is no longer helpful, such as thought and karmic patterns, structures and self-imposed limitations. At the same time you learn to trust yourself and the spirit world, and practice clairsentience and clairvoyance. Initiations and activations further raise your energy, which is anchored at certain intervals.

The entire course has been channelled by clairaudient medium Sabine Sangitar Wenig. It began with three small groups in Germany in 2003. Now there are thousands of Kryonstudents all over the world who are taking the Steps in German, English, Spanish and Russian.

Sabine Sangitar also gives a public channeling once a month which ususally includes energy transmissions/work and important information about the ascension.
