Leading by example means doing it yourself before you ask others to follow you. That is the hallmark of an excellent leader.

To lead by example one has to have a personal discipline and consistent application of principles of success.

My role is to act as the "bouncing board", impassionate, rational reflector of thoughts, giving advice that is useful, practical and helps in changing behavior for both short term and long term impact.

My work ex: I have worked with Bharat Petroleum Corp. Ltd (India's second largest oil company) for over 15 years, then with Reliance Industries (India's top pvt sector corporate house) for 2 1/2 years before deciding to venture on my own, setting up a unique consultancy focusing on individual performance.
