How to get started
I provide psychotherapy services for adults, young adults, and couples in the San francisco Bay Area.
I focus on trauma recovery, hidden disabilities, impulse control, depression, anxiety, creating boundaries, self esteem, substance abuse,body image and eating disorders, and behavior change. Additionally, I am a long time sex educator and sex therapist and specialize in providing non-judgmental supportive services for a range of sexualities including LGBTQQ, BDSM, Kink, non-monogamy, gender fluidity, and sex workers. I help with working through issues with sexuality, and supporting kinky/LGBTQQ individuals with non-sexual conce s.
I offer a sliding scale to help create access to therapy for people from all ranges of background and experience. I will also work with insurance companies as needed.
Additionally, I provide supervision to students and interns, and consultation regarding sexuality and treating chronic mental illness. I have served as a supervisor for individual and group psychotherapy treatment for harm reduction, addiction treatment, and general psychotherapy skill development. I have offered trainings and consultation on sexual identity development, supporting queer and alte
ative sexuality identities, and chronic mental health treatment strategies.
