Rakesh attended Natural Medicine, Ayur-veda, schools AYU and Kerala Ayurveda Academy to become Certified Ayurveda Practitioner in United States. Ayur means life and Veda means science. Ayurveda is age old Vedic practice of Natural Medicine. Rakesh had the opportunity to learn from distinguished Ayurvedic Doctors that practice full time Ayurveda medicine and teach in Ayurvedic Universities in India.
Before studying natural medical science of Ayurveda, Rakesh finished pre-medical at UC Berkeley and graduated with Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering and Computer Science. After graduating, he worked as a computer systems technology consultant and sales executive at Hewlett Packard.
In addition, Rakesh has been a student of Vedanta for over 22 years. Vedantais knowledge about SELF and how to apply this knowledge in living materially & spiritually fulfilling life. The word Vedanta is “Veda” plus ‘Anta”. Veda means science and Anta means end. This age old Vedic knowledge is a scientific approach to know our real inner SELF, our Life Coach, and once you connect with this science, you attain peace & happiness, and subsequently your search ends with this science.
Having been in both material and life sciences, Rakesh applies scientific approach to uncovering wisdom from age-old Vedantic and Ayurvedic medical sciences for our modern times. Rakesh practices Ayurveda and Vedanta in his own life and is very passionate about awakening Life Coach within & empowering other individuals with understanding the connections between body, mind, & spirit and leading them to live a balanced & healthy life. This knowledge is a never-ending quest and Rakesh continues to learn, share, and practice natural health & wellness in his own life.
