Ramon Dees

For the past 15 years, Ramon has worked in leadership development, done public speaking, and coached individuals through personal and business transitions. He most enjoys helping people to gain clarity about what's really important to them, helping them to develop an action plan to begin living the life of their dreams, and supporting them as they transition from one place to another.

As employees or entrepreneurs, most people invest 8-12 hours per day or more into our businesses and careers. Our choice of work is the starting point for what will become the greatest investment or the worst expenditure we have ever made. People move from existing to living when they can find out how to connect their calling to their work. That's where Ramon sees his niche. He shows people how to make that connection, develop a plan, and begin making progress.

Ramon embraces the conviction that each one of us was born with a specific purpose to accomplish. While it's not always clear what that purpose is, with the right coaching, all of us are stars in the making. Ramon enjoys seeing people become stars, when sometimes, they don't see it in themselves.
