Ray has been a professional trainer since 1983, when he started as a Training Officer in the USAF. Through the next 25 years, Ray has taught at various venues on the principles of success.

After spending 20 years honing his skills as a trainer, Ray turned his attention to studying and living The Law of Attaction. Together with his mentors, he has unmasked and revealed the principles that have been around forever, yet have eluded so many.

In 2003, Ray began learning how to take his professional training techniques and combining them with the laws of attraction and manifestation to produce multiple levels of success in his financial situation. From doubling and tripling his income with 3 years, to expanding his real estate portfolio to 4 states, Ray is living the principles he teaches to his students.

Today, Ray has speaking engagements with corporations, colleges and associations on these principles. Combined with humor, tough love, and accelerated learning techniques, Ray delivers a message of hope and confidence to thousands.

Ray has also founded and manages 2 successful real estate investing firms, as well as his speaking and coaching business called, UR-ENOUGH.
