How many people do you know that have transformed their bodies from overweight to normal weight. Not many. I use to be one of those people. I tried many diets over 20 years and they all failed. But all those failures is what what lead me to learn how to release the weight and help others do the same. The Key to Weight Release is it makes the process easier and therefore more likely to succeed. Not just the eating part but it makes it easier Physically, Mentally, Emotionally and Spiritually to get through each day through learning and a support that is easy and conveinient to access. Before I learned to release the weight I was 20 - 50 lbs overweight for over 20 yeas. Now I keep my weight between 165 and 185 lbs (considered a normal/healthy weight for my height) through Weight Release Management and I have no problems maintaining this weight range. Unlike other Weight Loss companies my system relies on Science and Human Nature (not profits) and can modify the program a little bit for each person. I also enjoy Ballroom Dancing and learning about health and longevity.

How to get started

The best way to get started is go to the website 21cwrc.com and read through it. If you are ready call me for your 1st consultation and then start Introduction To Weight Release. The introduction is about 20 days where we will create a Weight Release Program for you and it starts immediately. During the Introduction we will both evaluate how the program is working and if you want to continue. (The Release part of the program is normally between 60 and 120 days) In most cases afer the Introduction is complete we will determine what the fees are. You are not charged till after the introduction is finished. In some cases there is a fee before the introduction.
